This Anglepoise 1227 lamp is in incredibly original condition with its original factory production line box and a 1962 postage stamp. Only the wiring has been changed for safety to an exact copy of what it was supplied with in 1962. Designed in the 1930's by George Carwardine and manufactured by Herbert Terry & Sons, Redditch, England between the late 1930's until the 1960's.This 1227 lamp in its original red finish and original crabtree lamp holder... however please note its has been used and has some paint fading on the upper arm condition is great but with signs of wear & use commensurate with age it is not mint and boxed.
